Since 1995 Joe and Helen Doef have been selling greenhouse vegetables at the Old Strathcona Farmers' Market. Although they started with one acre of vegetables, the Doef's now have a hearty six acres of greenhouse space producing top quality cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes and eggplants year-round.
