We are a green company. In the last 10 years we have saved over 10,000 spruce trees from being destroyed. We have also saved over ferns from being destroyed by power and pipeline construction. You the customer have participated by buying these items from us. We also supply Christmas greens (cedar, pine and fir) dogwood, alder and other items. These items are hand-harvested from the wild so that the natural environment can be left intact. At Heart Acres we believe that it is important to educate the public about what is happening to our natural resources. All our Easter pussywillows are grown both on our land as well as harvested from the wild. Most of our products are made from wood that would not be valuable as lumber and all of our designs are our own creation. (Hearts, wreaths, planters, stars, etc.).
